STAR TREK: VOY “HARRY KIM ANKLE RESTRICTION” FROM “NON SEQUITUR”

A prop believed to have been featured in the pilot Star Trek: Voyager episode “Caretaker” for use by “Tom Paris” (Robert Duncan McNeil) while confined to the New Zealand Penal Colony or in the episode “Non Sequitur” for use by “Harry Kim” (Garret Wang). The item is a series of fashioned metal links held together by an elastic band and features battery powered electric lights that are bright! The item is activated by a switch and powered by a single V28PXL 6volt battery. The item opens to fit around the wearer’s ankle and slides shut, capable of being sealed in place by way of a hexagonal wrench. In its roundest configuration, the item measures approx. 6 X 5.25 X 1.25 inches. The item is polished metal to nearly reflective silvery hue, features gold colored metal accents and the lights are sequentially flashing red and bright!
