STAR TREK: DS9 “TRILL SYMBIONT SCISSORS” FROM “INVASIVE PROCEDURES”

A futuristic prop scissors set featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Invasive Procedures” for use by “Dr. Bashir” (Siddig El Fidel) during the exchange of the Dax symbiont from “Jadzia” (Terry Farrell) to “Verad” (John Glover). The item is two pieces of metal fastened on a fulcrum to create scissors that are, in fact, sharp enough to cut. The scissors feature molded details to suggest hardware and finger holes. The item and its molded additional elements are made from polished metal and measure approx. 3.25 X 2.25 inches.
