STAR TREK: TNG “SPACE-FOLD TRANSPORT INVERTER” FROM “THE HIGH GROUND”

A prop inverter featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “The High Ground”. The item was used as a method of instantaneous teleportation by terrorist factions in the episode and is made from molded resin with multiple raised accents. The highly detailed item is painted gray with metallic silver, and gold accents, a translucent purple gel dome affixed in the center and internal electronics mounted on the reverse. The item is powered by a single 9volt battery and activated by a switch. Part of the item is removable to show internally technology, and the arm strap is off the item but accompanying. It is believed this prop was developed for a close up shot. The item measures approx. 4.25 X 3.25 X 1 inch.
