STAR TREK: VOY “HOLOGRAPHIC T’PAU COSTUME” FROM “DARKLING”

A costume featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Darkling”; wherein “The Doctor” (Robert Picardo) alters his personality subroutines with aspects of several historical figures with unexpected results. This costume is that of the holographic “T’Pau” that “The Doctor” creates, it consists of a long-sleeved, full-length, sage-colored robe featuring burgundy and reflective gold floral accents, bell-sleeves with a metallic-bronze stripe encircling each, another down the front, and a zip down the back. Attached at the left shoulder is a dark-violet, velvet wrap featuring a metallic-gold and blue floral design on the underside, in addition to a sheer metallic-gold wrap with a purple underside secured by the same round ‘jewel’ just under the left shoulder with Vulcan iconographic symbols that secures the other wrap as well. A forward swept, rust-colored, Vulcan-style hat featuring black and further rust striped trim around the brim of the hat that is knotted to use as a chinstrap, and a similar arrow-shaped ‘jewel and different Vulcan iconography. A sewn in tag reading ‘3-22’ denotes first use in Star Trek feature films, a sewn in Voyager tag reading ‘Betty Matsushita’ denotes use in the aforementioned episode, and an costumer’s tag reads ‘Betty Matsushita, Vulcan Woman’.
