STAR TREK: INSURRECTION “SON’A MEDICAL DEVICE” / RU'AFOS HYPOSPRAY

A prop item featured in the ninth Star Trek feature film “Insurrection”. This item was used by the Son’a in the obsessive aim to extend their lives by whatever means necessary; it is silver-colored metal device, roughly in the shape of a Federation hypospray, raised oval texture on the handle, a clear, acrylic cylinder setting in a house on the front and a button on the reverse. The “barrel” has an actual needle recessed inside a covered housing, a large, angled accent on either side, and blunt tip that looks like it might screw on to something. The “barrel” area is slightly loose upon the base and measures approx. 8 X 6 X 4 inches.
