This item is one of the phaser power cells from that episode; it is an asymmetrical, metallic-gray resin-cast item featuring a somewhat faded graphical application of circuitry that is obviously meant to fit into a phaser rifle. The item measures approx. 3.5 X 1.5 X 1 inches.
