STAR TREK: DS9 “MULTI-SEASON SCRIPT LOT”

Record summary

A lot of three scripts for episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. The first script is for the episode “The Collaborator”; wherein “Vedek Bareil” (Philip Anglim) is accused of collaborating with the Cardassians during the Occupation as a way of discrediting him and eliminating him as a threat to “Vedek Winn” (Lousie Fletcher) for the position of “Kai”. In this episode we start to see just how far “Vedek Winn” will go to become “Kai” by her coercing a fellow Bajoran to try and murder “Vedek Winn” (Philip Anglim). The second script is for the episode “Accession”; wherein one of Bajor's most celebrated 22nd century poets comes through the wormhole believing he is the true Emissary and wishes to return Bajor to a strict caste system, a fact that would make them ineligible for membership in the Federation. This script calls the episode by its previous name “The Other Emissary”. The last script is for the episode “In Purgatory’s Shadow”; wherein “Commander Worf” (Michael Dorn) and “Garak” (Andrew Robinson) investigate some intelligence they receive that suggests that “Enabran Tain” (Paul Dooley) is still alive; not only do they find “Tain”, but also “General Martock” (J.G. Hertzler) and another surprise. Two of the three scripts are first drafts, the other a second, and feature the episode name, the date they were written, and a title page with that information, the writer and director, and teleplay author.
