A Starfleet cadet-style woman's jumpsuit, with shoulder epaulette tabs and sleeve stripe, belt with silver-colored Starfleet emblem buckle, with two <I>Paramount</I> labels inside inscribed <I>W-12</I> and <I>Grace Whitney</I> -- worn by Grace Lee Whitney as Janice Rand in the Starfleet Command scene in <I>Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home</I>, later re-used for a cadet in <I>Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country</I>; with a corresponding wardrobe tag (5)
