Working modified phaser rifle from Star Trek: First Contact

(Paramount, 1996) One of three different versions of the phaser rifle used in the film, this version has a black barrel and is wired for illumination on the front and back of the scope. Additional running lights also appear at the top rear. In the film, the original model was modified in order to contend with the Borg’s adaptation of Federation weapons. Constructed of black and gray-painted resin with a retractable strap. This prop is in the best condition of this variety and the only one in private hands. Measures approx. 33 inches long. Acquired directly from the film’s propmaker.
