A gold/mustard velour original series pilot-style Starfleet uniform top, collar is not present, and a slit up the back, indentations in fabric suggest a single straight band rank cuff band was once displayed on this costume, and two sets of indentations on chest fabric suggest that pilot-version and series-version <I>Enterprise</I> arrowhead insignias had been attached at different times, believed to have been made for the <I>Star Trek: The Original Series</I> pilot episodes and subsequently modified for use in the series itself
