A mustard-colored miniskirt Starfleet uniform, hidden zipper and snap closures, Lieutenant braid on cuffs and embroidered Starfleet arrowhead insignia sewn onto left breast -- made for <I>Star Trek: The Original Series</I>, the velour fabric indicates this was used during the first two seasons of the show, also believed to have been worn by Persis Khambatta in screen tests for <I>Star Trek: Phase II</I>
