The item reads ‘Shrimp Remoulade: Tender gul prawns with a tangy dipping sauce of mustard, capers, shallots and onions.’ The item appears on screen just prior to the blackout which sets into motion a chain of events nearly leading to military coup de tat by Starfleet of the Federation. The item measures approx. 6.25 X 5.5 inches and is inverted L-shaped.
