STAR TREK: DS9 “MAREEL COSTUME” FROM “INVASIVE PROCEDURES”

A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Invasive Procedures”; wherein a Trill takes hostages in the station and tries to take the Dax symbiont for himself. This costume is for wear by Star Trek regular Megan Gallagher in the role of one of the assailants who had come to steal the symbiont, “Mareel”, it consists of a sleeveless, blue jumpsuit featuring cranberry-colored straps with a textured floral design that wrap around the outside of the long-sleeved, brown leather jacket that had been painted purple but distressed so the brown shows through. Matching straps are wrapped around the cuffs of the jacket, various sewn in tags in the dress denote wear by multiple actresses but the jacket features a sewn in tag that reads ‘Deep Space Nine, Miss M. Gallagher’ and a costumer’s tag that reads ‘424 DS9 Invasive Procedures, Mareel, Meghan Gallagher’.
