STAR TREK: “KLINGON COMPUTER INTERFACE DISPLAY”

Record summary

A prop computer interface ‘screen’ like those appearing variously in Star Trek feature films and episodic television. The item is a piece of trapezoid shaped elongated smoked acrylic with a Klingon themed graphical application adhered to the reverse. The graphics are best seen when the item is back lit and depict a variety of Klingon character letters and multi colored triangle faux buttons. The graphic features a degree of liquid damage in a corner and at one end, and some of the graphic has been torn away in two places, but for Klingon items of this caliber, none of its aesthetic appeal has been lost. Measures approx. 15 X 12.25 inches at the top, 9.5 inches at the bottom. The item is believed to have appeared in the episode “Sleeping Dogs” of Star Trek: Enterprise where it would have been part of the set for the “IKS Somraw”.
