STAR TREK: ENT “TRIANNON COMPUTER INTERFACE PANEL” FROM “CHOSEN REALM”

Record summary

A set piece featured in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode “Chosen Realm” for use in a console. The item is a piece of smoked acrylic with a translucent graphical application adhered to the reverse that appear when backlit to depict a series of static circular ‘interfaces’ that may have acted as faux buttons. The item is also adorned with a metallic bronze colored border on the front side. Speculation about the design of the graphic revolves around the possibility that the Triannon, the aliens who used the item at the top of the episode created it to reflect their religious beliefs about the Delphic Expanse spheres. The item has a slight curve to it, features pre, existing holes believed to have been placed there in the event that miniature lights were to be added to the item, and a degree of adhesive remains on the front due to time or storage conditions. The item measures approx. 34.75 X 7 inches.
