STAR TREK: VOY “THE DOCTOR’S MOBILE EMITTER”

A prop item featured in various episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. This item is what allowed “The Doctor” (Robert Picardo) to finally be able to leave sickbay and join the crew on away missions and interact in a more personal way with them, his mobile emitter, it can create the photons and forcefields necessary to sustain his holographic form; the item itself is molded-gray, cast resin, vaguely triangular shape featuring vertical indentions down the left side, an inset cut out near the bottom with exposed “circuit board” visible, a black Velcro patch on the back for attaching to clothing and residue from the glue used to attach it. There is slight wear to the face of the device due to time and storage conditions. This item represents the single mobile holographic emitter that has been thus located. No further items representing this device are expected to be located. The item measures approx. 2.5 X 2 inches.
