VOYAGER/ DEEP SPACE NINE: FOAM TRICORDER IN HOLSTER

The Tricorders were made for Starfleet as a multi-purpose scientific and technical device, all of which were fitted with cutting edge sensing equipment. This style of Tricorder was used by Starfleet in Star Trek: Voyager and Deep Space Nine. Made of cast foam, this tricorder does not come out of its holster. The foam has been painted silver and black to define the tricorder from the holster. Control panel stickers have been attached with three raised acrylic strips to give the tricorder a more realistic appearance. Two metal belt clips are on the back. Measures approx. 4 ½ x 3 ½ x 1 ½ inches.
