STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION “DATA” ‘FRAME OF MIND' COSTUME

Worn by Brent Spiner while portraying “Lt. Cmdr. Data” in the episode “Frame of Mind” of Star Trek: The Next Generation while depicting a psychologist in a play written by “Dr. Beverly Crusher” (Gates McFadden) under the same title as the episode. While locked in an institution, “Commander Riker” (Jonathan Frakes) becomes more and more lost within the storyline of the play and Data's role is replaced by aliens. This great lined lab coat is made of multiple gray fabrics including the arms and sections of the body that have a gray small check pattern. There are also two pockets at the waist. The accompanying shirt is simple gray with a zip up the front, three clasps at the neck and a double collar. The wide black belt is also included with a crinkle fabric design and Velcro closure. All items have sewn in tags that read “Star Trek TNG – Brent Spiner”. The set is complete with a costume tag.
