STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE “VULCAN INITIATE” ROBES

Record summary

Featured in the episode “The Andorian Incident” of Star Trek: Enterprise this costume was part of the collection worn by ‘Vulcan' monks at the monetary on ‘P’Jem’, a world which would later become something of a controversy between the Vulcan and Andorian governments. This costume consists of a cream loose fitting jumpsuit with flared legs, a zip up the front and a removable rounded collar. The inside tags read “Muto . Little, Los Angeles” and “Richard Tanner”. The accompanying robe is cream with a diamond and irregularly patterned design. The arms hang in a bat-wing style with giant cuffs and splits up to the shoulders. The splits are held shut with small strips of fabric grouped in twos up each arm. The robe has splits up each side almost to the armpits and a smaller split up the front. There is also a zip up the front and a hood made of the same fabric as the jumpsuit. Like the arms, the hood has small strips of fabric grouped in twos around it. The costume is complete with leather ankle boots that lace at the front and have part of their backs missing as part of the design. This item comes complete with costume tag.
