STAR TREK VOYAGER: DA VINCI'S CLASSICAL MALE TORSO SCULPTURE

Record summary

A holoprogram used by “Captain Janeway” (Kate Mulgrew) of the “U.S.S. Voyager”, ‘Da Vinci's workshop’ was a place of amazing constructs and even more impressive ideas. Portrayed by John Rhys-Davies, “Leonardi Da Vinci” worked alongside “Janeway” asking life’s questions and attempting to solve them. “Da Vinci” appeared in several episodes like “Scientific Method” and “Concerning Flight”. This male torso sculpture came from a set workshop devoted to the Da Vinci character. Made of two cast foam pieces joined together and painted to resemble sculpted stone, this classical muscular torso is surprisingly lightweight and has been painted beautifully using an earth tone palette. It still has wisps of dried glue attached to its surface to resemble cobwebs. Measures approx. 18 x 12 ½ x 7 inches.
