STAR TREK: INSURRECTION “DATA'S” GREEN ISOLATION SUIT

This costume was used to create special effects during the opening scenes of the Star Trek feature film “Insurrection” for the Starfleet Federation “Isolation suit”. It allowed “Data” (Brent Spiner) to appear partially invisible then completely invisible while conducting an anthropological survey of the Ba'Ku. The green jumpsuit has a rubber neckline, a Velcro waist for the rubber belt to attach and stirrups for the feet and thumbs to hold the fabric taut. Inside the suit “Brent” has been penned in by the Star Trek costume department. The suit comes with a green plastic helmet that has a fabric and rubber neck, matching green rubber boots and green gloves. 1445
