Throughout Star Trek: The Next Generation scientists posted to colonies and anthropological studies always seemed to show up wearing this style of jumpsuit, a gray, full length jumpsuit with reflective white stripes and accents, perfect for keeping a low profile. Aged to appear dirty, this costume was featured in the episode “Who Watches the Watchers” when a science team is discovered by a group of ‘proto-Vulcans'. The costume comes with detachable shoulder pads and a costumer’s tag inscribed ‘Science jumpsuit.’
