STAR TREK: TNG “SCIENCES BLUE STARFLEET UNIFORM SCANT”

A costume featured in various episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, especially in earlier seasons and flashback or time travel episodes, a sciences blue Starfleet uniform costume scant. Men and women alike wore scants in the very first episode of The Next Generation and for many afterward as an homage to Star Trek: The Original Series very likely at the request of the franchise creator Gene Roddenberry himself. The costume features a pair of zips in the front, a Velcro placement for a Starfleet combadge (sold separately), has blue division piping around the neck, and a costumer's tag.
