STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE STARFLEET MEDICAL BOX AND TRAY

This Starfleet medical box was used during the filming of Star Trek: Enterprise and was most likely featured in Dr. Phlox's sickbay onboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NX-01. Made of plastic painted silver, the box has a removable lid with a Starfleet medical label on it that reads “Medical Supplies 9-42”. Measures approx. 9 x 7 x 3 ¾ inches. The accompanying tray is made of formed plastic painted silver with small Starfleet medical labels on each end. One end has a small distressed split in it. Measures approx. 10 x 5 x 1 ¼ inches.
