STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION “A PERFECT MATE – ALRIK COSTUME”

A costume featured on the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “A Perfect Mate” wherein “Captain Picard” (Patrick Stewart) is a host between two warring planets and finds himself uncontrollably attracted to a empathic metamorph that shall be presented to the leader of one of the factions as a gift. This costume was for wear by Mickey Cottrell in the role of the faction leader who was to receive this great gift, “Alrik”. The costume is a long sleeved tunic of embroidered green leaves over a floral pattern of reds and yellows, green and yellow jeweled accents down the front and around the collar, clasp/zip cuff size adjustment, and a zip up the back. There are corresponding overall style trousers the same color as the leaf embroidery, stirrups for the feet, an iridescent brown sash with gold colored accents, and a pair of blue-green shoes with upturned toes. A sewn in tag reads ‘Micky Cottell' and the costumer’s tag reads ‘221 The Perfect Mate, Alrik, Mickey Cottrell’.
