STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION “24TH CENTURY ENTERPRISE-D LCARS PANEL”

A piece of set dressing believed to have been used in various episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. The item is a rectangular shaped piece of smoked acrylic with graphical applications adhered to the reverse that appear to be controls for a stasis field of some sort. While usually used as background, this LCARS (Library Access and Retrieval System) piece was most likely in the foreground during a specific scene. When these pieces are put across backlit walls or panels they give the illusion of a computer screen or readout. The item measures approx. 10 X 15 X 0.25 inches.
