STAR TREK: DS9 “GILORA COSTUME” FROM ‘DESTINY'

A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Destiny”, wherein a joint Bajoran, Federation, Cardassian scientific is complicated by an ancient Bajoran prophecy and “cross-cultural misunderstandings”. The costume is for wear by Tracy Scoggins in the role of “Gilora”, a member of the Cardassian Science Ministry sent to DS9 to assist in the deployment of a subspace relay to the Gamma Quadrant; it is a long sleeved tunic of tan color, olive colored accents around the collar, a floral design down the lapel, an irregularly-shaped checkerboard pattern with multicolored strips, a neoprene lining and separate zip for it and the jacket, a full-length, sleeve-less, nylon jumpsuit with a texture similar to that on the collar of the jacket, a zip down the back and stirrups for the feet. The costumer's tag reads ‘461 DS9 Destiny, Gilora, Tracy Scoggins’. Tracy Scoggins is perhaps best known for her role of “Elizabeth Lochley” on another well loved series, “Babylon 5”.
