STAR TREK: VOY “NEELIX COSTUME” FROM ”CARETAKER”

A costume featured in the pilot of Star Trek: Voyager, “Caretaker”, wherein “Voyager” and a Maquis ship are pulled into the Delta Quadrant by en entity known as “The Caretaker”. This is the costume that “Neelix” (Ethan Phillips) is wearing when the “Voyager” crew encounters him for the very first time and is a long-sleeved, olive colored shirt with copper colored, arrow-shaped pins, and a gold colored spiral pin on the collar, a zip down the front, a black and brown vest, gold accents, multiple patterns, and textures, a zip and Velcro down the front, coiled, gold colored/black striped ties in the back, and rust colored/black striped trousers; a long-sleeved, brown fur coat with a gold hexagonal design sewn on top of the fur, darker fur along the collar and shoulders, reflective brown piping along the cuffs, and light green, ankle-length leather shoes . The vest and the coat were distressed for effect; the vest had some of its material frayed and the coat had some of the fur mottled and stiffened. A sewn in tag reads ‘Voyager, Ethan Phillips' and the costumer’s tag reads ‘John Phillips, Neelix, Voyager, Pilot’.
