STAR TREK: TNG “STUNT GALEN COSTUME” FROM “THE GAMBIT: PART I AND II”

Record summary

A costume featured in the two part Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “The Gambit: Part I and II”, wherein “Captain Picard” (Patrick Stweart) is presumed dead and the crew of the “Enterprise-D” pursues those they think responsible when “Captain Picard” is actually in disguise and investigating these mercenaries' mission to find an ancient Vulcan artifact on the very ship being chased. This costume is a tan, long-sleeved tunic, pleated, olive colored trousers, and a two-toned, long-sleeved, leather jacket with a dotted pattern along the lower third of the abdomen and lower half of the sleeves, a zip down the front that tucks into the trousers, and has been very simply distressed for appearance. The costumer’s tag reads ‘256 & 257 Gambit pt 1 & 2, Stunt Picard, John Nowak’, whereas the trousers actually belonged to Patrick Stewart, were found separately of the rest of the costume, and have their own costumer’s tag that reads ‘Star Trek – next gen, Picard, Patrick Stewart’.
