STAR TREK: DS9 “FERENGI GAILA”

A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “The Magnificent Ferengi”, wherein “Quark” (Armin Shimerman) leads a group of Ferengi to Terok Nor in an effort to trade an imprisoned Vorta for his kidnapped mother. This costume is for wear by Josh Pias in the role of “Quark's” cousin, “Gaila”, and is a sleeveless, full-length, purple velveteen jumpsuit featuring a zip down the front, Velcro patch on the chest, and stirrups for the feet; a long-sleeved yellow shirt, a rust-colored tie, a multicolored diamond pattern, a zip down the back, a purple vest with vertical stripes in multiple colors and patterns, satin piping, gold-colored, embroidered accents along the collar and waist along with gold-colored, metal rope clasps. Also included is a horizontally-striped jacket in matching shades, extremely intricate, multicolored, multi-fabric, multi-shaped accents along the stomach, around the arms, and along the oversized collar; rust-colored piping, jacket lining that matches the shirt, and a gold-colored metal clasp with an elaborate aviary design. This costume includes an extra jacket clasp, a sewn in tag that reads ‘Deep Space Nine, Josh Pias’ and a costumer’s tag that reads ‘DS9 534, Gaila, Josh Pias’.
