STAR TREK: DS9 “SISKOS' USS SARATOGA CARRY CASE”

A teal colored Star Trek: The Next Generation style cylindrical carry case with a black nylon shoulder strap featured in the pilot episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, “Emissary”. The item appeared in the new quarters of “Commander Sisko” (Avery Brooks) during a scene in which “Chief O'Brien” (Colm Meaney) introduces both Sisko and son, “Jake” (Cirroc Lofton) to their new accommodations. The item features two sides taped together for added accent and sturdiness, multiple raised accents, and black adhesive details. A white Starfleet emblem application is present on one side, and on the other, the remains of an applied inscription: ‘USS …ARATOG…’, believed to once read ‘USS SARATOGA’, the title of Sisko’s ship destroyed in the Battle of Wolf-359. The item measures approx. 16.5 X 9.75 inches diameter. The prop features evidence of wear due to time and storage in that dings are present across the surface, none of which detracts from its overall charm.
