STAR TREK: DS9 “JADZIA DAX TRILL HOSPITAL COSTUME” FROM “EQUILIBRIUM”

A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Equilibrium”, wherein “Lieutenant Dax” begins having mysterious and disturbing visions from the lives of previous hosts. This costume is for wear by Terry Farrell in the role of the Trill science officer on Deep Space Nine, “Lieutenant Jadzia Dax”, and is a white, sleeveless, under-gown featuring a textured, vertical strip pattern, zip up the back, and a mauve-colored, silk hospital gown with darker, satin piping. A sewn in tag reads ‘Deep Space Nine, Maureen Flannigan' because it was reused in the seventh season episode “Covenant” and the costumer’s tag reads ‘DS9, #450, Dax, Terry Farrell’.
