STAR TREK: VOY “TANIS DRESS” FROM “MUSE”

“Tanis” (Kathleen Garrett) was an actress in “Kelis” (Joseph Will) troupe of actors and featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Muse” in which she played “Captain Janeway” (Kate Mulgrew) in Kelis' play. The knitted dress is multiple shades of purple with a fringe trim and elastic waist. It has fastenings at the shoulders and stylized slits up each side. Worn over the dress is a purple suede corset with added embellishments and leather lacing. Due to time and use one of the embellishment’s in missing. Costume comes complete with costume tag. According to Memory Alpha, this episode was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Costumes for a Series.
