(NBC-TV, 1966-69) Vintage production photo album of contact proof sheets for the second pilot episode of the television series <i>Star Trek: The Original Series</i>, titled, “Where No Man Has Gone Before.” 42 pages with a total of 313 photographs in two sizes; 227 measuring 2 ½ in. x 2 ¼ in., and 86 measuring 5 in. x 4 in. These proof sheets are the original promotional photographs for the series and picture each crewmember in a variety of poses. The mylar overlays are notated in colored grease pencil with cropping directions and approval markings. Additionally, 24 are signed, “G.R.” in initials by Gene Roddenberry.
