STAR TREK: DS9 “BURT RYAN/DUKAT COSTUME” FROM “FAR BEYOND THE STARS”

A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Far Beyond the Stars”: wherein “Captain Sisko” (Avery Brooks) experiences a vision from the Prophets where he is “Benny Russell”, a science fiction writer from the 1950's, who writes a story about the denizens of Deep Space Nine. This costume is for wear by Marc Alaimo, who usually plays “Gul Dukat”, in the role of the corrupt, racist, police officer, “Burt Ryan”, and is a black suit jacket in the appropriate 50’s style featuring functional pockets, a checkerboard pattern of brown stripes, and corresponding black trousers.
