Record summary

A costume featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Author, Author”; wherein “The Doctor” (Robert Picardo) sends his holonovel “Photons Be Free” to Earth to be published, requests time for a rewrite, but is blatantly ignored by the publishers stating that they needn't abide by his wishes because he is “only a hologram”.
