STAR TREK: DS9 “GARAK, CARDASSIAN COSTUME” FROM “DISTANT VOICES”

“Garak” (Andrew J. Robinson) was a Cardassian tailor and Promenade shopkeeper on board Deep Space 9 during the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine series. This costume was made for wear by Garak during the episode “Distant Voices” in which an alien assault left “Lieutenant Bashir” (Alexander Siddig) unconscious and trapped in his mind. The neoprene jacket has patterned green and black sections with multicolored sections down the sleeves and around the shoulders. There is internal padding around the upper torso to create the Cardassian shaped body. The jacket has black patterned trim and fastens in the front with two zips. The corresponding trousers are patterned green and black. Costume comes complete with costume tag.
