A costume featured in various episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine for wear by Terry Farrel in her portrayal of “Jadzia Dax”. ”. The costume is a black Starfleet uniform jumpsuit with a form fitting elastic waist, ‘away team' gear loops sewn into the waist, quilted gray shoulders, a Velcro placement for a Starfleet combadge (sold separately), and sciences blue division strips around the cuffs. The costume also comes with a sleeveless sciences blue uniform undershirt with a sewn in Deep Space Nine tag reading ‘Terry Farrel’. The costumer’s tag reads ‘DS9, Dax, Terry Farrel’.
