STAR TREK I: “DR. CHAPEL SICKBAY SCRUBS” COSTUME

A costume style featured in Star Trek I: The Motion Picture and Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan for wear by Majel Barrett in her portrayal of “Dr. Christine Chapel”. The costume is Starfleet medical scrubs composed of cream colored trousers with a sewn in Western Costume Co. tag reading ‘Majel Barrett' and a matching top with no identification, a green medical division sleeveless undershirt with a ribbed collar (which would have appeared in Star Trek II) and these unattached items: a green colored cadesus patch for the left breast and a pair of green division strips for the shoulders with a thick gold thread bar indicating the wearer to be a ‘lieutenant’.
