Record summary
A costume lot featuring two costumes from Star Trek: Voyager episode “Resistance” and Deep Space Nine episode “Nor the battle to the Strong. The first costume is a “Mokra” costume from “Resistance”, it consists of a sleeveless, full-length, black jumpsuit made mostly of a stretchy, spandex-like fabric with stirrups for the feet; a long-sleeved jacket featuring black, quilted vinyl along the surface of most of the garment, black suede portions on the front and back in addition to suede piping. Also included is a black leather bandolier with three straps that attach to a central, metal ring, braided trim, a clip around the waist, knee-length, heavy duty, black leather boots with assorted straps, and additional metal rings; a black, molded plastic motorcycle style helmet with horizontal stripes and cushioning on the inside. Various parts of the costume are labeled for wear by veteran Star Trek stunt man “Louis Ortiz” and the costumer's tag reads ‘128 Resistance, Mokra’. The second costume is a Starfleet flak jacket from “Nor the Battle to the Strong” and is a long-sleeved, black jacket featuring a neoprene jumpsuit like material divided up into sections with a black, wrinkled fabric sewn on top of it, a Gold division strip across the front, the bottom half of the jacket being more heavily padded than the rest; it has been greatly distressed to denote wear in some sort of virtually hopeless battle situation with a huge tear that takes up almost the whole right half of the jacket that goes through to the other side, has been colored to make it look like blood has flowed, and the left sleeve has been made ragged. The jacket has been labeled with the name “Bill Blair” but no other information is given.
