STAR TREK: DS9 “ELIM GARAK COSTUME”

A costume featured sometime in the last season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine for wear Andrew Robinson in the role of one the most enigmatic characters in whole of Star Trek, the Cardassian tailor/spy “Elim Garak”. This costume consists of deep purple chenille trousers with stirrups for the feet and matching jacket over a neoprene wetsuit featuring a viridian-colored fabric along the shoulders and sleeves with a textured, lighter-purple curly-cue pattern; a matching apron portion in the front and back of alternating gold and purple colored squares, silken purple piping, and a zip down the front. A sewn in tag on both garments read ‘Deep Space Nine, Andrew Robinson', the tag on the jacket specifies further a use date of on or after 7-98, and a costumer’s tag that reads ‘DS9, Garak, Andrew Robinson’.
