STAR TREK V: “MR. SULU – FIELD DUTY/COMMANDO UNIFORM”

A caramel colored field duty uniform featured in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier for wear by George Takei in his portrayal of “Sulu”. The costume is caramel colored wool trousers with yellow operations division stripes down the outside seams and a matching wool sweater with a yellow division strip on the left sleeve, with a yellow long sleeved uniform undershirt that features a ribbed collar and cuffs. The costume also comes with a black leather belt with a gold colored metal Starfleet emblem buckle for an officer measuring 32-34 inch size and a gold and silver colored metal rank badge with one wire back indicating the wearer to be a ‘commander'. The sweater features a sewn in Paramount tag reading ‘Takei’, the shirt was located separately from the rest of the costume as was the belt. The costume comes with uniform specific Reebok brand name boots colored tan and black with multiple black plastic zip tightenings, size 11, with visible wear due to age. This lot represents the last remaining costume of this style for this character, “Sulu”.
