STAR TREK: TNG “DATA'S DREAM KNIFE” FROM “PHANTASMS”

A prop knife featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Phantasms” for use by “Data” (Brent Spiner). The item appears during a dream sequence in which “Data” cuts a slice out of a ‘cellular peptide cake, with mint frosting’ that is made, strangely enough, out of “Councilor Troi” (Marina Sirtis). The knife is made from a black cast resin grip and a metal blade that is beveled and actually sharp enough to cut. The blade edge features several half circle serrations which are not beveled t cut. The item measures approx. 14.5 X 1.5 X 0.5 inches and a very light ‘Bio-Curve’ logo is visible on the blade itself.
