STAR TREK: DS9 “DAMAR CIVILIAN COSTUME” FROM “WHAT YOU LEAVE BEHIND”

A costume featured in the finale episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, “What You Leave Behind”; wherein the Federation launches a massive attack on Cardassia Prime, “Kai Winn” (Louise Fletcher) and “Dukat” (Mark Alaimo) release the Pah-Wraiths from the Fire Caves and put the entire Alpha Quadrant in jeopardy. This costume consists of a long-sleeved, jacket with neoprene wetsuit material underneath to give it that added bulk that most Cardassian costumes have; the jacket features a boucle appearance, black with brown stripes across the chest over the shoulders and around the sleeves, and a dark-gold and black striped motif over the rest. Oversized, textured, brown piping, white stitching left over from several multicolored floral accents (included but not attached), two zips down the back, and dark-brown, overall-style trousers. A nearly identical stunt version of the costume is included as well, missing only the white stitch leftover from the aforementioned multicolored, floral accents. A sewn in Deep Space Nine tag on both items reads ‘Casey Biggs’ and a similar tag on both items of the stunt costume denotes wear by veteran trek stunt man ‘Dennis Madalone’.
