STAR TREK: DS9 “DUKAT AS A BAJORAN ROBE” FROM “STRANGE BEDFELLOWS”

A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Strange Bedfellows”; wherein the Breen and the Dominion form an alliance, “Worf” (Michael Dorn) and “Ezri Dax” (Nicole de Boer) are sentenced to death and “Kai Winn” (Louise Fletcher) turns her back on The Prophets and vows service to the Pah Wraiths. This robe is what ”Anjohl Tennan/Dukat” (Marc Alaimo) wore when he and “Kai Winn” consummated their union and he finally convinced her to give up the Prophets; a long-sleeved, full-length, black, wool robe featuring dark purple and fuchsia stripes, a silk-like lining, and buttons down the front. A sewn in Deep Space Nine tag reads ‘Marc Alaimo’ and the costumer’s tag reads ‘#569 DS9 Eclipse, Dukat, Marc Alaimo’; the episode “Strange Bedfellows” was originally called “Eclipse” to go along with the “Penumbra”, “Umbra” motif.
