The item is made of vacuum-formed plastic with black, red and gold colored applications to suggest technology and metallic silver adhesive detail. Four tiny red and green LED lights are positioned around the raised portion of the item, the internal electronics are untested; the battery type is unknown. A switch on the side of the item should activate it. The item measures approx. 1 X 2 inches diameter.
