The item begins ‘Be it hereby resolved that in the case of The Continuum Versus Q’ and goes on to state nine points. The item is signed ‘Q’ and measures approx. 26 X 9.5, features minor folds due to storage conditions, and pin holes at all four corners. There is no evidence that this has been rolled into a scroll at any point.
